Rules & Regulations

* No dogs permitted on beach from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

* No loitering or sleeping on beach from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m.

* No surf fishing permitted within 100 feet of swimmers from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

* No alcohol or glass containers permitted on beach.

* No fires without permission of Dewey Beach Town Hall.
